At present, many department stores, restaurants and other tourists traction places are using coupons to attract guests, but it doesn’t run smoothly due to use of complicated handlings and old verification system.

To solve this problem, we created a Consumer Cashback System to realize fully automated processing that handles from coupons sending, coupon authenticating, coupon receiving and data reporting.

Object: A famous department store in Japan

Background: Department store provided physical coupons on site, but the usage rate was low.

Tripodeck Project: Provide the cashback QR code system to the department store.

Collaborated distributors collect exclusive QR code in the system (or automatically send to designated mailbox).

Consumers use WeChat to bind a QR code and present it when processing the tax refund at the department store, and they can get an extra 4% cashback.Meanwhile, the distributor who send the QR code can also get a 1% commission.

Both department store and distributors can query real-time consumption performance data in the system.

It also allows consumers to check their spending and cashback amount on the bound WeChat page.

Actual result: Usage rate of the QR code was increased by more than 190% within 3 months.

Under the requirement of the department store, we added spending history query function to bound WeChat so that guests can instantly know about the information.
