Tripodeck Launched Self-verification System to Support Contactless Customer Service in Attractions in Japan

Tourism market has required a surge of demand of “Contactless” service due to COVID-19 since the beginning of this year. Tripodeck Launched Self-verification System on July 6 that travelers can redeem their e-ticket to admission ticket to attraction on site. It not only meets the needs of “Contactless” service, but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of the staff, allowing attractions of all scales to enter the “Self-help Time”.

The self-verification device we use is small and does not require high space, it’s easy to be placed at small-scale attraction. Both attraction and facility can bear the fee as it’s not high.

Tripodeck will launch self-sales and other functions on the basis of the existing system to help attraction improve management and service levels.
